Delivery and returns
Pre-launch information. Tern & Hound is not yet open for orders. Supplier delivery terms, our returns arrangements and legal business details must be finalised before checkout is opened.
How fulfilment will work
Selected products will be dispatched directly by our supply partners rather than from a single Tern & Hound warehouse. Products from different partners can arrive in separate parcels and on different days.
Delivery prices and times
We are not currently promising a store-wide free-delivery threshold or next-day delivery. Available delivery options and charges depend on the supplier, the items in your basket and your delivery address.
Before launch, we will verify the checkout rates and delivery information for each supply partner, including mixed-brand baskets and any excluded locations. A supplier's own retail website offer should not be assumed to apply to an order placed here.
Tracking
Each dispatched parcel should have its own shipment confirmation where tracking is provided. An order containing more than one shipment may therefore generate more than one delivery update.
Returns
Our customer-facing return window, return address process, responsibility for return costs and refund procedure are being finalised. These will be published before orders are accepted. Do not send an item to a supplier or to an address on a parcel without the correct return instructions.
Nothing on this page limits statutory consumer rights.
